2. Do I have to pay OxynestCo to enquire about a project?

No. Our advisory services — property search, site visit coordination and comparison — are completely free for buyers.

3. Are the prices shown on the website final?

Prices shown are indicative and sourced from the respective developer. Final pricing, applicable taxes and charges should always be confirmed directly with the developer before booking.

4. Are all listed projects RERA registered?

We list the RERA number shared for each project wherever available. We strongly recommend verifying the RERA number independently on your state's RERA portal before making any payment.

5. Can I book a flat directly through this website?

No. This website does not process bookings or payments. We connect you with the developer's sales team or our consultants to complete the booking process directly.

6. How do I schedule a site visit?

7. Does OxynestCo operate in cities other than Bangalore?

Yes. While we are headquartered in Bangalore, we also list and assist with projects in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Gurgaon and Noida.
