OxynestCo does not charge any fee to buyers for property search, site visits, or connecting with developers. As such, no refund is applicable for these free advisory services.
Any booking amount, token amount, or instalment paid by a buyer is made directly to the respective developer and is governed entirely by that developer's own cancellation and refund policy, as well as applicable RERA rules. OxynestCo has no control over, and bears no responsibility for, refund timelines or deductions made by a developer.
OxynestCo does not charge for brochures, floor plans, or price lists shared through this website.
If you face any issue with a developer regarding refund of a booking amount, please reach out to our support team and we will assist in coordinating with the developer wherever possible, though the final resolution rests with the developer.
